Central Vermont Humane Society will hold its 3rd Annual Yard Sale on Sunday, Sept 27, 8am-1pm. Early birds at 7:45 for $5. Montpelier Elks Club, 203 Country Club Road, Montpelier, VT. Shop to help support shelter animals!
At the Yard Sale we are having "What's it Worth?" which is basically like Antiques Roadshow. An appraiser will be on hand to appraise your own treasures: $10 for the first item, $5 for additional items (5 item limit). You may bring one example from a set or photos of large or difficult to transport items. All proceeds go to helping the animals
Yard Sale donations accepted Friday, Sept 25, 4pm-7pm and Saturday, Sept 26 9am-1pm, only at the Montpelier Elks Club. Sorry, Donations will NOT be accepted at any other time, nor at the CVHS shelter at any time...we really don't have any place to store it :-( and we don't want to use up space that could be given to an animal...we hope you understand:-)
In order to avoid removal fees for items that will not sell, some items may not be accepted. These include (but are not limited to): clothes, books, skis/boots, outdated baby gear, mattresses/box springs, tires, analog TVs, computers & VHS tapes.
