Join Stowe Land Trust for our 2015 Annual Celebration this Sunday, September 27th from 1:00 - 5:00 pm. Heather Hale is graciously hosting the celebration on her conserved property – the Adams Farm & Barn - located in Nebraska Valley.

Mingle with friends and neighbors while enjoying pie & ice cream. Vermont Land Trust’s Director of the Farmland Access Program, Jon Ramsay, will speak about the revitalization of the family farm in Vermont. Afterward, join one or more of the fun outings and activities! Outings and activities range from cider pressing where you can press your own apples and bring home a jar of cider; a bike ride up Nebraska Valley led by board member and valley resident, Jesse Goldfine; a family-friendly nature exploration with SLT’s summer naturalist Kate Lepore; a fiber arts demonstration with Patty Haynes of Sugarbush Alpacas; and a printing press demonstration in the historic barn with Heather Hale.

The celebration will be held under a tent, and the outings and activities are all outdoors. If you plan on attending, please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
