Islands in the Sun Senior Center Is Doing It Again!

Working hard to get things done before the cold weather sets in? Want to skip cooking and spend a pleasant evening with friends and neighbors? The Islands in the Sun Senior Center has a solution- bring the family and enjoy our fabulous cooking. On Saturday, September 26th, we will be serving a fantastic “End of Summer Ham Supper,” with homemade baked beans and potato salad. A green salad, rolls, home made apple crisp and coffee will complete the meal. Doors will open at 6 PM.

If you have been to our dinners, you know how good it will be. Seating is limited so we request that you reserve your seat by calling Irene at 999-5862. If you make a reservation you will be entered in a drawing for a free dinner. If you don’t reserve a seat we cannot guarantee you will be able to enjoy this wonderful feast. Join us for our first dinner social event of the new season and enjoy an evening of good food and cheerful singing with Carol and Maurice. A donation of $10 for adults, $9 for Seniors and $8 for members is requested. Proceeds will go toward further improvements in the building so we can host more events for the island community.
