CVOEO serves more than 20,000 individuals annually in four Vermont counties, offering programs such as food shelves, fuel, and housing assistance to community members in crisis (including the elderly, disabled, veterans, single parents, unemployed and underemployed), and programs that help people to build stronger and more sustainable futures (Head Start, Weatherization, Financial Futures).
