The Montpelier Shambhala center is hosting it's weekly 30's and under night from 6:30-8:30pm on Monday Sept 21 (and all following Mondays). We will begin with sitting meditation and instruction, followed by social meditation, socializing and snacks. People of all traditions are welcome.
