For anyone interested in playing THE RECORDER, that simple, delightful musical instrument, I'm giving a beginners' class tomorrow at Monteverdi Music School, 2-4 PM. I'll be playing some of the many different sizes of recorder, explaining where it fits into music history, and inviting anyone interested to play a simple tune together. Instruments provided, fun likely, suggested donation $10 per family. Hope to see you there.
