If you have not tried Agricola Farm Dinners you should. Two of my friends, Ale and Charles started this livestock farm a few years back and are selling their meat (pork, lamb and chicken) at the farmer's market in Burlington. They have now opened up their Farm Dinner Club where they work with chef Richard Witting to prepare 5 course gourmet meals all prepared with seasonal, farm fresh and wildly foraged products. Ale is Italian so she brings a lot of her heritage into the kitchen and Chef Richard Witting is excellent at merging the Vermont history to the Italian cuisine.
