This class for women (teens & adults) focuses on improving fitness and incorporates the "down & dirty" of what women need to know to protect themselves. Classes include a fitness component to improve cardio, strength and overall fitness through a variety of physical exercises as well as pad and heavy bag training. Participants will learn proper striking, kicking, blocking and simple, effective self-defense skills. This is a fun class for a great workout with the added benefit of learning valuable self-defense skills. No experience or fitness level requirements.
