In this class students will learn the science of vinegar with currants, raspberries, blueberries and elderberries. This class includes simple and basic equipment which the students can take home to begin to make vinegar of their own. Students will also have the chance to see vinegar in all stages of its life and be able to taste vinegar as it seasons. You must be 21 of age to attended.
September 19th, cost is $40.00 per student. A non-refundable deposit of $20.00 deposit is required to reserve a booking. Numbers are limited to 20 places in each class to ensure that each student receives personal attention. There are spaces open the morning class from 10am to 12pm and Only 4 places left for the afternoon class from 2pm to 4pm.
