It’s a great method for toning, strength and flexibility.
I’m an Authentic Pilates certified instructor with six years of experience teaching the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning.
I’m also a former professional dancer.
I will be training Basic/Beginner Pilates in the beautiful and historic Vergennes Opera House Thursdays at 9:30 am.
Starting date will be this September 17, 2015
