Summer Sounds celebrates its 25th anniversary in Highgate and we're singing and dancing with a big blowout benefit bonanza: an all-day benefit music festival to say "thank you." The proceeds will help the Highgate Parks and Recreation committee build a band shell and help with programming at Camp Ta-Kum-Ta.
Our favorite headliners are coming to the Field Days site to play continuous music on Sunday, September 20, the last Sunday of summer. Look for Jenni Johnson and the Jazz Junketeers, Jon Gailmor, the Sky Blue Boys Banjo Dan and Willy Lindner, Southbound, the Summer Sounds Singers -- the "young guns" of Vermont music -- and more.
Admission is free by donation! There will be Fair Food! And good games! And fine fun!
