Stomp out Hunger at the Fourth Annual Harvestival and Grape Stomp at Fresh Tracks Farm! On Sunday, September 27th, we cordially invite you to celebrate the beauty of harvest with an afternoon filled with grape stomping, great food, great music, happy faces, and delicious libations! Throughout the day, we’ll be offering various events and activities listed below:
GRAPE STOMP COMPETITION - Stomp Out Hunger to Benefit the Vermont Foodbank
-Registration is $25 per team an all proceeds from the Grape Stomp go to the Vermont Foodbank. Purchase tickets by visiting http://vtharvestival.brownpapertickets.com and be sure to email events@freshtracksfarm for more information.
-IMPORTANT: Teams are encouraged to raise MORE than $25, as all proceeds are going to charity. $1 can provide 3 meals to people in need. So please ask your friends, family members, and colleagues to sponsor your team, or simply donate more on your own. -Each team gets three minutes to stomp grapes and produce as much juice as possible. Rain or shine, we’ll have a tent at the ready so the stompin’ can continue all throughout the day!
-The team that produces the most juice will win four glasses of wine, a four-person cheese platter, and four t-shirts of their choosing.
-2nd and 3rd place runner ups will win Fresh Tracks t-shirts of their choosing as well.
