Wind Energy Associates/Renewable NRG Systems: Reviewed on 4/7 & 5/5, hearing reopened to discuss additional issues - PUD Sketch Plan Review - Jan Blomstrann (owner of Renewable NRG Systems) submitted a sketch plan for a proposed PUD subdivision of a 66-acre parcel she owns on the east side of VT Route 116 – largely in the Village Northeast Zoning District. The proposed master plan includes 101 potential dwelling units and approximately 180,000 sq. ft. of new office/manufacturing building space. Pam Pratt/Kurt Violette: Conditional Use for Expansion of a Non-Complying Structure - The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit for expansion of a non-complying structure in order to receive approval for an existing 100 sq. ft. accessory structure (ramp/deck) attached to the east face of an existing structure. Property Location: 734 East Shore Lane in the Shoreline Zoning District
5. Brenda Farrington: 2-lot Subdivision Sketch Plan Review - The applicant is requesting sketch plan review for a proposed two-lot subdivision on her 10.8 acre property. Lot 1 would be 3.8 acres with the existing home and Lot 2 would create an additional building lot on 7 acres. Property Location: 3003 Lincoln Hill Road in the Rural Residential 2 Zoning District.
