The Warren Public Library will present Part Three of the Vermont Movie tomorrow night, Thursday, September 10, at 7:00 p.m. “Refuge, Reinvention, and Revolution,” which explores innovation, interstates, and counter-culture, is eighty minutes long. As with the other two films, it will be followed by a Q&A led by Dorothy Tod, one of the film’s producers. (The series will conclude in 2016 with another three screenings comprised of the remainder of the films.)
