Registration is open for the 1st Annual Choice Physical Therapy Fall Foliage 5k Run/ Walk. The race is to be held in Montpelier on Saturday, October 10, 2015. Proceeds from the race will benefit the Washington County Youth Service Bureau/Boys & Girls Club. Register by Sept 19, 2015 for a discounted registration fee. The first 100 pre-registered participants will receive a free t-shirt. Post-race refreshments will be served and raffle prizes!
