Story Hour at New Haven Community Library

Past event
Sep 8, 2015, 10:30 AM

Join us for our first Story Hour of the season! We'll be singing, sharing rhymes and finger plays, reading a new book, and creating a paper bag crocodile. Story Hour is a great way to help children develop a foundational love of reading, and to build on their language, fine motor, movement, and social skills. It's also a good way for parents to connect with other parents to discuss the joys and challenges of raising children. The program is geared toward children from birth to school-age, but all are welcome. (We love grandparent visits!) Call the library at 453-4015 if you have any questions.
