Youth Rocks Grand Opening!
Tuesday, September 24
After School

Welcome back Middle School and High School students to Youth Rocks! The mission of Youth Rocks is to provide a safe and fun place for teens after school on Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30 to 5:30.

With this opening we are excited to welcome our new onsite coordinator Ben Neilsen. Ben is an organic farmer by trade, and works at his uncle’s farm, Applecheek Farm in Wolcott. Ben has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and has experience working with youth. He is looking forward to getting to know the teens in our area. Youth Rocks also welcomes back some familiar faces—volunteers who were with us last year.

Youth Rocks is located in the lower level of First Congregational Church in Morrisville. The Center has a pool table, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, and computers. Youth Rocks encourages teens to have a voice that can be seen. This is accomplished by encouraging teens to share ideas and interests that create a sense of belonging and that make Youth Rocks their own. We hope you can join us for our Grand Opening on September 24th.

Youth Rocks is a partnership of the Morrisville After School Program and the First Congregational Church of Morrisville. Several community partners also provide support, including Laraway Youth and Family Services, Court Diversion, CHSLV, United Way, and the Family Center.
