7:00 pm - Jour de Fete (1949) is a "tour de force" from the great French film director Jacque Tati. Possibly one of the best and funniest bike-themed films ever made! It's total hilarious slapstick (great for kids) nicely folded into a compelling message about how speeding up our lives decreases our connection with the world around us. This film was not readily available in the US for many years. There is no finer way to screen Jour de Fete than outdoors in community. Don't miss this!
