Farrington's Mobile Home Park, 1106 North Avenue, Burlington

Burlington community members are invited to collect perennial plants for their gardens. The giveaway is in honor of Sandy Farrington, owner of Farrington's Mobile Home Park, who passed away in 2014. Sandy's gardens were a delight to passersby and she was a great supporter of local gardening efforts.

The plants are free for people and organizations who will care for them and spread Sandy's love of gardening throughout the area. Some rocks and fencing are available as well. Donations gratefully accepted to benefit the Vermont Community Garden Network, Turning Point Center of Chittenden County, and Safe Recovery. Bring pots to take home your plants.
