Cold Hollow to Canada is holding their Annual Gathering & Potluck on Saturday, September 12th from Noon to 6 pm at the Enosburg Falls Opera House. Cold Hollow to Canada is a small non-profit which works to protect forests and wildlife for future generations in the Cold Hollow Mountain region. The gathering is FREE and includes field walks and speakers who will share their knowledge about forest conservation and wildlife habitat in our region. The field walks will include a hike to the Five Peaks in Montgomery, a River Walk focused on Wood Turtles and wildlife corridors, and a back roads walk on the CHC's WildPaths citizen science project. Speakers will include: Jens Hilke from VT Fish & Wildlife, Caroline Daguet from Appalachien Corridor in Quebec, and local Keeping Track teams.
