Back door of the rectory at St Pauls Church in Orwell. If you have your own mat and blanket please take it with you. Also, a large beach towel will work. Take two if you have them. Please leave your electronic devices at home or in the car. Time to slow down and unplug. See you Wednesday. FYI the Monday night yoga class begins September 14 at 5:45 PM.
