We're looking for fit, determined, male and female athletes with a competitive spirit to help fill out our Premier and Senior A racing teams. Open to anyone 18 or over!
Premier - The fastest adult paddlers, regardless of age.
Senior A - athletes 40+
Tryouts will consist of:
• Max pushups in 2 minutes
• Max squat jumps in 2 minutes
• Plank for time
• 500m row (on a rowing erg)
The top male and female times win a free month of training with Malia.
The test will take approximately 30 minutes to complete (including rest time).
Introductory dragon boat session will follow the testing.
DATE: Saturday August 29, 2015
TIME: 1/2 hr slots available between 9am and 12noon
PLACE: Lake Champlain Community Sailing Center, 234 Penny Lane, Burlington
