Join us for the annual South Union Street Block party on Sunday, Sept 13 from 4-8pm
Potluck begins at 5:30 on the Guillot's Front Lawn; 284 South Union Street
South Union Street will be closed between Adams and Spruce between 4-8pm

We need volunteers to donate/prepare:
Roast Turkeys: 2 needed
Hams: 3 needed
Pizzas: 12 total (these can be ordered and delivered); 2-3 families to donate
Traffic Cones: These can be rented at the DPW for $32 and will need to be picked up at the Pine Street office on Friday before the Block Party. 16 (Sixteen) cones are needed to block traffic on South Union Street
Clean Up: 5 people

Please bring beverages for you and your family and a dish to share with the crowds:
Last names A-M: Bring desserts;
Last names N-Z; Bring entrees, salads and side dishes.
