Patricia Carpenter, 93, of Melbourne, Florida, formerly of Richmond, Vermont, passed on August 18, 2015. A celebration of her life will be held 1:00 pm, Thursday, August 27th at the Richmond Congregational Church, 20 Church Street, Richmond, VT 05477.
