Former Mayor of Vergennes Richard K. Adams passed away on August 29, 2013 at age 74. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Sunday September 15, 2013 at 3 PM at Falls Park in the City of Vergennes. All are welcome to attend and share a story or anecdote about Dick's life.
