Introducing VERMOD: new super energy-efficient modular housing designed and built in Vermont. These net-zero homes meet Vermont's 2030 energy goals today.

As summer 2015 is coming to an end, we now have twenty seven VERMOD Homes built and sited throughout Vermont & New Hampshire. The big news of the fall is that we are hosting an event at the factory on Saturday, September 12th from 10am-2pm at 2677 Vermont Route 5, Wilder VT. Come take a tour in the Wilder model, look at the houses in the different stages of production, talk to the homeownership centers to discuss financial incentives and options. . ..and don't forget to bring an appetite for some McKenzie hotdogs and Ben & Jerry's ice cream.
