Hi Neighbors, I wanted to pass on info about a dharma talk on the 'Four Limitless Ones' taking place on Sunday, August 30, from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm, at the Burlington Shambhala Center. Limitless love, compassion, joy, and equanimity are like seeds, waiting to be cultivated through practice. They are rich enough to be worked on for a lifetime. The talk will be given by our most senior teacher, Shastri Sharon Keegan. All are welcome! A donation of what you can afford will be appreciated. You can sign up ahead of time or just show up.
