Battle of Hubbardton Lecture at Rutland Library Wed., Aug. 26 at 7 P.M

Bruce Venter, author and expert on the War for American Independence, will present a PowerPoint lecture on his 2015 book “The Battle of Hubbardton: the Rear Guard Action That Saved America”, Wednesday, August 26 at 7:00 pm in the Fox Room of the Rutland Free Library, 10 Court Street, Rutland, Vermont. (wheelchair accessible) This is his first presentation in Rutland County on his book and is sponsored by the Rutland Historical Society. The program is FREE and open to the public.
