LaKota OneHeart, a healer and teacher from Virginia, will be in South Hero on Sunday, August 23rd to talk about ancient Stone and Dream Medicines (www.BlueBuffalo.org). Her talk will also stress the importance of humane and organic farming and about working together in harmony. LaKota OneHeart is of Abenaki, French and Lakotah decent, is a Peace Pipe carrier, and shares her visions as a minister from her own life experiences (she does not teach traditional Native American ceremony). Donations are appreciated and will support her work for peace. Her talk will begin at 1:30 at 122 Station Road and will last about 90 minutes. Mitakuye Oyasin! (We are all related!)
