Bruce Venter, author and expert on the American Revolutionary War, will present a PowerPoint lecture on his book “The Battle of Hubbardton: the Rear Guard Action That Saved America”, Wednesday, August 26th at 7:00 pm in the Fox Room of the Rutland Free Library, 10 Court Street, Rutland, Vermont.

This is his first presentation in Rutland County on his book and is sponsored by the Rutland Historical Society. The program is free and open to the public.
