All motorcyclists are invited to join Vermont IV Red Knights in a Motorcycle Ride to raise money for the Addison County Firefighter's Association Scholarship Fund. Please come and ride with us and help the firefighter's scholarship fund -- you do not have to be a fireman or a Red Knight. This is a rain or shine event.
The ride is called "Ray's Ride" and is done in honor of Ray Davison (Mr. D) who was a long time Vergennes Firefighter who taught firefighting classes across the country and especially in Addison County and all of Vermont. He had connections with firefighters in Canada also.
The ride will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2015. Registration starts at 9:30 a.m. and line-up and kickstands up at 11:30 a.m. We will meet at the Middlebury Fire Station on Seymour Street and take a 2+ hour ride ending up at the Bridport Town Green. Line-up starts at 11:00 a.m. and kickstands up at 11:30 a.m. 2+ hour ride ending up at Bridport, VT Town Green for a BBQ.
$25 per motorcycle (including passenger).
Proceeds benefit Addison County Firefighter's Assn. Scholarship Fund.
The ride is open to the public and all motorcyclists are encouraged to join us.
