We just moved to Sadlar Meadow Rd and absolutely love it! Godbout Design Build did an amazing job building us a 5 star energy rated carriage house. I wanted to share with my neighbors in Richmond in case any of you were thinking of a move. We enjoy a gorgeous view, huge yard and amazing neighbors. The house is soundproof and incredibly spacious and light. I encourage you to take a quick drive over this Sunday and look at the model home. You never know, you could fall in love just as we did!
