The Inn at Baldwin Creek and Mary's Restaurant will be showing the last FREE "foodie" movie of their summer series, next Thursday (August 20th). The doors for the film open at 7:30 where there will be a cash bar of food, wine, beer, soda, popcorn and lu.lu award-winning ice cream. The film, once again is FREE to the public, and begins at 8:00 pm. This month's film will be Julie & Julia (2009), written and directed by Nora Ephron, the film will be introduced by local screenwriter Jay Dubberly.
Or you could join us beforehand at 6:00 pm for a 3-Course Dinner for just 25 dollars. All of the food will be taken right from the pages of Julia Child's cookbooks, and prepared by Chef/Owner Doug Mack. Those that attend the dinner get FREE popcorn.
