Vermont Movie Part Two: "Under the Surface" will screen at the Warren Public Library this Thursday, August 20, at 7 pm. This segment of the six-part documentary film series VERMONT MOVIE is rescheduled from July 16, when technical difficulties precluded us from showing the film.
"Under the Surface” is an eighty-minute-long film that explores labor wars, eugenics, the McCarthy era, and progressive Republicanism. It will be followed by a Q&A led by Dorothy Tod, one of the film’s producers. Come on out for a stimulating evening, complete with lemonade and popcorn. Free and open to the public.
