Ch.O.I.C.E. Academy is an integrated mental health/education facility who serves community children/adolescents ages 12-22. This month marks our 10th year of dedicated service to the community. We invite all present and former students, staff, families and professionals to join us to celebrate this accomplishment.

The event will be held at our current location: 579 South Barre Rd. on August 22nd from 3:00-5:00. There will be live music, snacks, games and tours of our facility.
