The Brookfield Historical Society offers ice cream and gourmet cookies accompanied by lively traditional music performed by the Bear Mountain Jammers, a local music group that has delighted audiences throughout the Northeast since 1978. Don’t miss the opportunity to explore the Federal Period Newton House and view its exhibits, including a new presentation featuring mannequins dressed in period costumes ranging from the mid-19th to mid-20th centuries.
