In the final act of our 2015 Summer Program, Gussie Bartlett will lead the group to Camp Neringa, the summer camp off MacArthur Road. The group will be treated to a flag raising and traditional dance. Please be at Newton House a few minutes before 9 am. Neringa is a Lithuanian cultural camp founded by the Sisters of the Immaculate Conception in 1969. For over 45 years Neringa has served thousands of children and families in various camp sessions with the mission to foster understanding and love for Lithuanian heritage, teach Christian values in the Roman Catholic tradition, and provide for positive character development.
