There are a few openings for the Raspberry Jam Making workshop scheduled for this Wednesday - the 12th @ 1pm @ Neighborhood Connections.

Cathy Aragi will teach us the difference between jams, jellies and preserves; how and when to use pectin; what sweeteners to include, if any; the difference between freezer jam and one from a water bath - and more!

Call 824-4343 if you would like to participate. Everyone goes home with a jar of raspberry jam.
