This Saturday is going to be a very exciting day in Johnson with the long awaited install of the new playground!

We would like to do a children's project during the install. We are looking for donations of reclaimed wood that could be painted and used for large blocks or 3 inch(give or take) thick tree slices in varying sizes. We would also like bright color paints (partial cans work well) and paint brushes. Message me if you could help with these materials. Thanks!

We are also looking for someone who would be willing to help source materials and build some natural elements on the playground over the next few weeks. If this is something that you're interested in, please message me for pictures. The playground committee does have a small budget for this piece of the project so could cover some basic expenses.

Thank you to everyone who has helped to make the playground a reality! If you would like to help work will begin at 8:00 on Saturday. Please bring gloves and shovels if you have them. Not able to help out that day? We are looking for donations of baked goods/snack/water etc.
