Governor's House Etiquette Talk Dinner, Afternoon Tea & Cooking Lesson

There will be a Downton Abbey inspired weekend at the Governors House August 21 - 23 which includes dinner combined with a detailed talk on the history of table settings and dining etiquette, afternoon tea with a talk on the history of taking afternoon tea and everything you need to know to be the perfect hostess or the perfect guest, and a lesson in the kitchen making chocolate truffles. It is all intended to be relaxed and comfortable and there are no dress requirements. These activities are open to the general public with advance reservations. Please check for times and prices.
