Benjamin Hunt and Timothy & Kristi Brown: Transfer of Land (boundary line adjustment) - Ben Hunt is requesting Development Review Board approval to transfer 8 acres from his approximately 116-acre parcel (05-01-09.100) to adjoining property owned by Timothy & Kristi Brown (05-01-08.100). The land in question is forest land at the south end of both properties – approximately 4,000 feet south of Magee Hill Road. Property Location: Magee Hill Road in the Rural Residential 2 Zoning District.
4. Karl Usher & Samantha Nalette: Subdivision Revision – Proposed revisions to the shared driveway that serves the subdivision. Property location: 1135 Pond Road in the Rural Residential 1 Zoning District. Four specific revisions are proposed:
- Relocation - portion between 100' and 300' from Pond Road to be relocated 5-6' to the north of the existing location.
- Slope/Grade - excavate to lessen the steepest section of the existing driveway; reduce existing 13% grade to approximately 9.25%.
- Crown - remove the crown so as to direct driveway stormwater drainage to the north.
- Stormwater Drainage - redirect some of the site's stormwater drainage to drain toward Pond Road (east) instead of across abutting property to the west; redesigned level spreader to control additional stormwater at the discharge point.
