Serve Burlington is launching it's third round of citizenship classes this fall and looking for tutors to pair up with students. Classes meet on Tuesday evenings, 6-8 p.m., at the Barnes Sustainability Academy on North St. This class provides a very practical way to serve our new American neighbors from places like Bhutan, Somalia, Burundi, and Burma. We’re hosting a mandatory volunteer meeting on September 24, 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the Barnes Sustainability Academy. You can find more info at www.serveburlington.com.
