FBFFC Presents a Farm-to-Table Dinner by Sunset Lake

On Sunday August 23rd rain or shine, the Floating Bridge Food and Farms Cooperative presents A Farm-To-Table Dinner By Sunset Lake. Join us at Ariel's Garden by the Lake in Brookfield for a spectacular, five course dinner celebrating the best of summer in the hills of Central Vermont. Arrive at 5pm for a "Meet The Farmers and Makers Hour" with Cocktails and Tasting Tables. An elegant five course dinner will be served at 6pm featuring the best of the seasonal and very local product, grown and raised by FBFFC members, and prepared by Ariel's Chef Lee Duberman. The menu will be New-Mediterranean style, a vegetable forward cuisine with local sustainably raised meats. Seating for the dinner will be on the back lawn of Ariel's Restaurant, overlooking the water. The cost of this event will be $68, which includes all food, taxes and gratuities. Space is limited.
