Join your friends and neighbors for Community Mindfulness Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 at the Winooski Senior Center. 123 Barlow Street. All ages welcome. Mindfulness is focused relaxed attention. We have 20 minutes of guided mindfulness and then a discussion Tea is served.
On Thursday, August 6 we will practice focused relaxation and visioning. Is there something something that you would like to come true or happen in your life? Mindfulness can help you achieve your goal.
