There will be a Wild Mushroom Foraged Dinner on Sunday, August 9 beginning at 4 pm at The Inn at Shelburne Farms. Intrigued by the world of mushroom foraging? Join Ari Rockland-Miller and Jenna Antonio DiMare, the Mushroom Foragers, along with our chefs at the Inn at Shelburne Farms to identify species while learning strategy and technique for the ethical and sustainable harvesting of wild mushrooms. Enjoy a reception on the lawn of the Inn while the chefs prepare a family style meal with the mushrooms you harvest.
