3.) Matt & Judy Laberge: (Appeal of Notice of Violation) – The applicants are appealing a noise violation that was issued under Section 5.12.1 of the Hinesburg Zoning Regulations. This property is located at 852 Hayden Hill West in the Rural Residential 2 Zoning District.
