An Art and Rare Book Silent Auction, as well as a dessert sale, to benefit the Poultney Public Library building project will be held on Friday, August 21st from 6pm-8pm at the library. The Silent Auction will feature a wide array of original works of art and prints, as well as an assortment of signed and antiquarian books. There will be a watercolor demonstration by local artist Peter Huntoon and live music performed by the Poultney Bluegrass Society.
