Join us for Community Mindfulness — a 20-minute guided meditation followed by discussion. Thursdays 6:30-7:30 pm at the Senior Center.
Mindfulness is relaxed focused attention. And it helps us deal with stress and feel happier. No experience necessary. All ages over 16 welcome. This week will investigate focusing on what we see (eyes open), what we hear and then what we feel in our bodies (eyes can be closed.) Just a few moments of noticing these things can make a big difference in your mind state! Come find out!
