Bring your blanket/chair, or use one of ours, to enjoy the Open rehearsal of the Berkshire Highlanders Bagpipe Band on August 5th (Wednesday) at 6:30pm. This informal rehearsal will allow the audience to ask questions and learn about the instruments and music played by the band. Start time is 6:30 sharp on the back lawn at the library. We thank Pownal resident, Doreen Forney, for arranging this event for our patrons, supporters and bagpipe enthusiasts!
