The items for sale fill a two-car garage, the den, dining room and kitchen, the living room and the basement level family room. The walls are loaded with framed prints, many signed and numbered, Asian artwork, hand-carved wooden wall hangings, and much, much more. There are lamps, end tables, a glass top coffee table, Mohawk hutch, wood chairs, liquor cabinet, two love seat sofas, and bookshelves. Tons of collectible glassware, including vintage Hull pottery, ruby glass, Dragonware tea set, Japanese Chocolate pots, collectible steins, milk glass, vases, dishes, vintage ashtrays, and lanterns. A large assortment of majolica and sand majolica. Collectible owls, decoys, and a large chainsaw carved salmon. Elephant collectibles from Thailand, carved Herons from Cambodia, and a beautiful hand-carved cork landscape by a Chinese artist, uniquely displayed on an antique mantel. Clocks, a beautiful antique mirror, and many unusual items. Levi jeans, men's and women's clothing, Little Tikes play set and table with chairs. A like new TORO tilt lawn cart. Last but not least, a beautiful collection of antique poetry books and other signed modern first editions. Too much to mention it all. I promise there is something for everyone (sorry, no guns or tools).

The items for sale are high quality and clean and everything is priced accordingly. But, making the sale is half the fun of having a sale so don't be bashful about making an offer. Because this is our home and there are countless fragile and valuable items, I'd prefer that young children run around on the lawn and NOT inside the house.
